Attacks by Boston youth ‘terrorizing unsuspecting residents’ continue downtown; police can’t make arrests as a result of many suspects ‘too young’

Boston’s mayor and regulation enforcement officers are struggling to deal with a string of a minimum of five violent assaults involving juveniles “terrorizing unsuspecting citizens” which have occurred across Boston.
