Bay Area cop charged with masturbating in entrance of household during home violence name

A Bay Space police officer has been charged with masturbating in front of a family that called police during a fraught domestic violence name.

The Santa Clara County District Legal professional’s Office has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent exposure after responding to a restraining order call on the evening of April 21.

An unidentified individual whose household put a domestic violence restraining order against him had allegedly violated the order and was on the household’s dwelling, according to a statement of details supplied by the District Legal professional’s Office.

The mother, recognized within the assertion as Ms. S, the father, Mr. A, and their 23-year-old daughter known as police. Dominguez and two different officers arrived at the scene, with the former taking the “lead investigative position,” per the statement.

Dominguez began the investigation by speaking to the daughter.

This is not the primary misconduct incident within the previous month involving San Jose police. An officer investigating the kidnapping of 3-month-old Brandon Cuellar was allegedly drunk through the investigation, tipping off an FBI agent at the scene, KRON reported.

Dominguez is on administrative leave following the incident, the District Attorney’s Office stated. His arraignment is scheduled for June 22.
