Bay Area cop charged with masturbating in entrance of family throughout domestic violence call

A Bay Area police officer has been charged with masturbating in entrance of a household that known as police throughout a fraught home violence name.

The Santa Clara County District Lawyer’s Office has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent publicity after responding to a restraining order name on the evening of April 21.
