Gary Martin, a senior at Archbishop Wood High Faculty Warminster, Penn., broke a prestigious observe and subject file at the Pennsylvania Catholic League Championship on Monday by working a mile in below 4 minutes. Martin's run broke a document that had stood for practically 60 years.
