BARNSTEAD, N.H. -- A person was arrested Friday after a number of indicators saying "college shooter" had been present in Barnstead, Epsom, and Pittsfield, New Hampshire, the state's Department of Security announced. Man Hanson, 61, of Pittsfield, faces a number of costs.

Hanson allegedly positioned the indicators across the communities, the Division of Safety mentioned, however they determined there is no such thing as a credible menace at this time.
The New Hampshire Department of Security is investigating indicators that read 'school shooter!' which had been present in a number of communities New Hampshire Division of SafetyOne such signal was written on a paper plate. The security division launched a photograph of the plate however blurred part of it "to protect the integrity of the investigation."
Hanson was arrested on a felony charge of legal threatening and three misdemeanor prices including false report to legislation enforcement, false public alarm and criminal threatening. He's being held in Merrimack County Jail pending a hearing scheduled for Tuesday.
No different suspects have been charged at this time.
