New York intercourse worker Angelina Barini sentenced to 30 years for fatally drugging 4 men

The pattern was nearly equivalent.

Between July and August 2019, intercourse employee Angelina Barini met together with her purchasers at motels in New York Metropolis before giving them dangerous doses of drugs that incapacitated them. Then, she would rob the boys and leave with their personal belongings.

In August, Barini pleaded responsible to distributing medication that killed her shoppers, together with fentanyl and gamma-butyrolactone, recognized for causing irrational habits, extreme sickness, coma and dying.

Barini met her first victim at a motel in Astoria, Queens, on July 4, 2019. There, she gave the man fentanyl-laced medication and left the room. Police found him lifeless hours later, courtroom records state.

Per week later, on July 11, Barini had an encounter with one other man at a motel in Woodside, Queens, the place she gave him fentanyl-laced medicine. The person also died of a drug overdose, a grievance states.

The next month, on Aug. 5, Barini met her third victim in College Level, Queens, and again gave him fentanyl-laced medicine that led to a fatal overdose, prosecutors stated.

Later that month, on Aug. 18, Barini met her final recognized sufferer, Andrea Zamperoni — a chef for the high-end restaurant chain Cipriani — inside an Elmhurst, Queens, motel room, the place she drugged him with gamma-butyrolactone, commonly often known as a “date rape” drug. The person died shortly afterward.

That day, courtroom information state, Barini repeatedly tried to get rid of the victim’s physique. Barini wrapped Zamperoni’s body in bleach-stained sheets and positioned it inside a trash bin, according to prosecutors. Zamperoni was reported missing on Aug. 21, prosecutors said. That same day, the New York Metropolis Police Department found the person’s body in the motel room.

When authorities later interrogated her, Barini said Zamperoni had agreed to pay her for intercourse. When she wakened, Barini said, he was unresponsive and bleeding from the nostril and mouth. Her pimp, she added, would not let her call the police.

Fernando Dallorso, the general supervisor of Cipriani in New York, informed the New York Times that Zamperoni was a “devoted arduous worker” who cooked six days a week and “by no means missed a day of work.”

The kitchen staff mourned the loss, Dallorso instructed the Instances.

“Everyone within the kitchen proper now is heartbroken, from the dishwasher to the chef,” Dallorso mentioned.
