DALLAS - The high court will allow a wrongful death lawsuit to proceed in opposition to the city of Dallas and four police officers.

The household of a man who died in police custody in 2016 sued.

The Supreme Courtroom upheld a federal appeals court docket’s ruling that may permit the case to proceed.
