Spouse crammed husband’s cellphone with child porn in try to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered around loading a whole bunch of photos of child pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her youngsters back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in response to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the gadget and stated she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn of their residence.

The police say that cellphone had tons of of photographs of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to wonder why the cellphone he was using did not have any images much like the ones Moore become them. That’s when they reportedly received a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been pals and had discussed finishing up the incident upfront.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they had been associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the phone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his previous phone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t think an excessive amount of of it because it was not his main telephone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same prices as well as a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
