LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD/Gray News) - Several companies responded to a center school in Texas Friday morning after a teenager’s mom observed he was carrying a gun.
Police in Lubbock inform KCBD a mother was dropping off her 15-year-old son at O.L. Slaton Center Faculty around 9 a.m. when she observed the firearm. The teen by no means made it inside the building, and he ran from the college.
The Lubbock Police Division responded to the area along with a number of other agencies in an try to search out him.
The teenager was discovered near the school’s campus and brought into custody.
Authorities said the 15-year-old may very well be going through a felony weapons charge.
