Attacks by Boston youth ‘terrorizing unsuspecting citizens’ continue downtown; police can’t make arrests because many suspects ‘too younger’

Boston’s mayor and legislation enforcement officials are struggling to handle a string of a minimum of 5 violent attacks involving juveniles “terrorizing unsuspecting residents” which have occurred across Boston.
