Wife stuffed husband’s phone with little one porn in try to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading a whole lot of photographs of child pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have labored together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in keeping with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the device and mentioned she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view child porn of their home.

The police say that phone had hundreds of photographs of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they began to wonder why the telephone he was utilizing did not have any photographs similar to the ones Moore was them. That’s when they reportedly received a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore had been buddies and had mentioned finishing up the incident in advance.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they had been friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the telephone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his old telephone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t think too much of it as a result of it was not his major telephone and did not have service.”

Moore is facing charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the identical prices in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
