Meta-Elemente geben eine Gesamtübersicht über den Gehalt einer Seite, allerdings registrierte sich bald raus, dass die Verwendung er Details nicht verlässlich war, da die Wahl der gebrauchten Schlüsselworte durch den Webmaster eine ungenaue Abbildung des Seiteninhalts spiegeln konnte. Ungenaue und unvollständige Daten in Meta-Elementen vermochten so irrelevante Unterseiten bei speziellen Benötigen listen.[2] Auch versuchten Seitenersteller verschiedenartige Punkte innerhalb des HTML-Codes einer Seite so zu beeinflussen, dass die Seite passender in den Resultaten gelistet wird.[3] Da die frühen Suchmaschinen im Netz sehr auf Kriterien abhängig waren, die bloß in den Koffern der Webmaster lagen, waren sie auch sehr instabil für Schindluder und Manipulationen in der Positionierung. Um tolle und relevantere Ergebnisse in den Ergebnissen zu erhalten, mussten wir sich die Inhaber der Search Engines an diese Gegebenheiten integrieren. Larry Page und Sergey Brin gestalteten mit „Backrub“ – dem Urahn von Google – eine Suchseite, die auf einem mathematischen Matching-Verfahren basierte, der mit Hilfe der Verlinkungsstruktur Seiten gewichtete und dies in Rankingalgorithmus eingehen ließ. Can someone help me with the issue:
When I enable the SEO in System>Settings>Store>Server Tab, everything looks and runs Okay, exept when I go in ANY sub-category.
Then the site's URL goes from MySiteNameURL/MainCategory, to MySiteNameURL/MainCategory/AnySubCategory and CSS and JS are not loading at all! The category items listed in this categories are loading , exept the Style CSS file and any JS I have. In other words the site's style is gone.
But:
But if I drop the MainCategory from the URL and enter directly: MySiteNameURL/AnySubCategory the site is finding the correct path to the CSS and JS and everything is Okay.
Please, could someone help me with this? Thank You.

Thanks for the video, this made things that little easier for me, the only difference I had to make was to add a few custom lines from my .htaccess to the bottom of the new .txt one as my site forces https access. Took a few seconds and no issues so far 🙂
Doing this has broken all product pages. When I click on any product I open an error page that says something like this: "Fatal error: Uncaught Twig_Error_Loader: Unable to find template "extension/module/quickorder.twig" followed by paths that are missing.

Then again, what about all the product pages? They still show an ugly, ridiculous URL like:
index.php?route=product/product&product_id=40 ???
Who would ever try to even think about buying a product_id=40 from any online store?

I have two htaccess files
htaccess and .htaccess.txt
What do I do here, delete htaccess which is the original file and amend the .htaccess.txt by removing the .txt extension?

Hello. I have made all as described here, but get 404. And not seo urls works. My site use 2 languages and I have set keywords for both languages. Finally it works, but changing language go to home page and connection on seo url pages are not secure.
It would be good to add that one should only put category_id=xxx for category etc. because first I was trying to add the whole link with index.php and so one.
