Wisconsin man celebrates 50 years of consuming Big Macs each day

MILWAUKEE (Spectrum Information Milwaukee) - Don Gorske’s Large Mac streak started on Could 17, 1972.

“I’ve only missed eight days in 50 years, which is phenomenal. And like I say, I count each Huge Mac. I’ve counted each Massive Mac I’ve eaten my complete life,” Gorske mentioned.

Gorske eats two Huge Macs a day.

“All via life right here, lots of people said, ‘You’ll be dead earlier than you reach 50 years of consuming Massive Macs.’ I guess I proved them fallacious,” he stated.

His son shouldn't be stunned at his father’s persistence.

“We at all times went to McDonald’s with my dad and had completely happy meals. I all the time beloved my chicken nuggets, and my brother at all times beloved his hamburgers. It’s how we grew up. It’s just an everyday life kind of factor for us,” he mentioned.

Gorske’s son has extra of a different diet.

Gorske says he'll proceed eating Large Macs with a Coca-Cola on the side till he dies.
