Wisconsin man celebrates 50 years of consuming Big Macs each day

MILWAUKEE (Spectrum Information Milwaukee) - Don Gorske’s Massive Mac streak started on May 17, 1972.

“I’ve only missed eight days in 50 years, which is phenomenal. And like I say, I count each Big Mac. I’ve counted each Massive Mac I’ve eaten my whole life,” Gorske mentioned.

Gorske eats two Large Macs a day.

“All by life here, lots of people stated, ‘You’ll be dead before you attain 50 years of consuming Big Macs.’ I assume I proved them improper,” he stated.

His son is just not surprised at his father’s persistence.

“We all the time went to McDonald’s with my dad and had completely satisfied meals. I at all times liked my rooster nuggets, and my brother always liked his hamburgers. It’s how we grew up. It’s simply an on a regular basis life type of factor for us,” he stated.

Gorske’s son has more of a different food regimen.
